Do I need to know anything about computers?
No. If you can use a phone, you can run a website. I handle all the tech — hosting, domain, emails, SEO. You just send me photos and text, or I'll write the copy for you based on our chat.
What if I want to change something after it's live?
If you have the CMS package, you can log in and edit text, photos, services, and testimonials yourself — no coding needed. If you have a basic or full package, just text me and I'll make changes. Small updates are free within the first year.
What happens after the first year?
£250 covers hosting, domain renewal, and content updates for another year. That's it. No contract, no auto-renewal lock-in, no hidden fees. If you want to move elsewhere, you take your domain and content with you.
Will my site show up on Google?
Yes. Every site includes basic SEO — proper meta tags, structured data, mobile optimisation, and fast loading. You'll appear in local search results for your trade within a few weeks. For aggressive SEO (blogging, regular content), that's an add-on we can discuss.
Can you build me an online shop?
Not yet — I focus on brochure sites for tradesmen. If you need e-commerce (selling products online), I can refer you to someone who does that well. But honestly, most tradesmen don't need a shop — they need a site that gets the phone ringing.
What if I already have a website?
If it's old, slow, or not mobile-friendly, I can rebuild it. If it's working fine, I'll tell you — I'm not here to sell you something you don't need.
How do I pay?
50% deposit to start, 50% on completion when you're happy with the live site. Bank transfer. No card fees, no finance agreements. Simple.
Do you do logos and branding?
I can set up basic branding — colours, fonts, a clean logo mark. If you need a full brand identity (logo design, letterheads, van livery), I can refer you to a local designer.
